✨✨𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐎𝐍 𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒✨✨
I have a lot of thoughts on this design (I can break that down in another post), but I’m SO HAPPY to have it done and to have been able to get some nice photos on what was most likely the last “warm” day of the year!! Obviously I’ve shot quite a few of my makes in this location, which I was kind of hoping to avoid but OH WELL.

This took me almost a year from initial sketches to final product, but I would take long breaks, sometimes cutting and sewing scales (then break), hand painting each and every scale (then break), then attaching over 5,000 crystals.
This ended up weighing a bit more than I had thought it would, which was just wishful thinking on my part.

In the end, I decided to make the wings on the skirt smaller so the skirt was still visible, but I think I’m going to redo them before wearing this, again!
